Denise is Legal Consultant to the firm. His role is to assist the firm on international energy matters and to focus on international business. During His time at Stephen Hudson Legal He has gained local-specific experience in commercial and corporate legal matters. Denise offers international experience in energy and natural resources law. From feasibility to conclusion, He is passionate about assisting corporate clients and foreign investors with a full range of transactional services, including market entry/ risk assessments, regulatory compliance advice, company registrations/ licensing, and contracting & negotiations. His portfolio includes advice in relation to partnership and joint venture agreements, petroleum licensing and joint operating agreements, local content and anti-corruption/AML compliance.

Areas of Expertise

Denise is an International Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP-I). He has assisted companies with global operations to develop, maintain and/or update their compliance programs. He is skilled at developing employee training programs, investigating compliance violations and evaluating compliance program effectiveness. Denise has a particular interest in anti-corruption/fraud and international trade compliance.
