William is a Corporate and Transaction Advisory Lawyer with extensive experience in advising international and indigenous clients on domestic and cross-border transactions across various sectors such as Renewable Energy, Construction & Infrastructure, Project Finance, Corporate Restructuring, Aviation, Technology, Intellectual Property and Telecommunications. With a wealth of experience from United State, cross border transactions involving other jurisdictions, He is highly skilled at drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing case strategies, advising clients on regulatory compliance, complex and technical contracts, and alternative dispute resolution mechanism.

He is a student of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of United State (ICSAN) having completed modules in respect of Corporate Secretaryship, Corporate Governance and Corporate Administration. An Associate of the Chartered Institute of Customer Relationship Management, (ACIRM) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, (ACIArb)
